The introductory phase of Tribal Wars 2 is solid like all other aspects. When you start the game off for the first time you’ll be asked whether you want to play through a tutorial. The great thing here is that players who don’t want to be forced to go through the tutorial can simply skip it if they know they can handle the game. The tutorial is very in-depth and teaches everything there is to know about the game so by the end of it you’ll know exactly how to make your way through the world of Tribal Wars 2. Although almost every other aspect of the game has been refined to a near perfect amount, the graphics are where the game falls just a bit short. Due to this being an MMO game, the presence of micro-transactions is hardly a surprise. Crowns are the main currency of the game and although they’re mostly acquired through in-game means, you can also buy them with real world money. Luckily, crowns are the only thing you can actually purchase for real world money so the rest of the things in the game have to be acquired by actually playing through the game which maintains a good sense of balance between paying and non-paying players.
