WE LOOKED AT THE BIG BOX STORES AND EITHER FOUND NOT MUCH IN THE TYPE OF APPLIANCE WE NEEDED OR ASSISTANCE.WE RECALLED HEARING ABOUT SNOW APPLIANCES ON THE RADIO IN THE PAST.WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE AND VERY IMPRESSED WITH OUR SALES PERSON.RON, OUR SALESPERSON WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS TO US.EVERYTHING WAS DELIVERED EXACTLY HOW AND WHEN WE WERE TOLD.THE DELIVERY MEN( I DID NOT CATCH THEIR NAMES) WERE GREAT.THEY CALLED BEFORE COMING AND ARRIVED AT THE TIME STATED. THEY HAD GREAT ATTITUDES AND WERE HERE AND GONE QUICKLY.THEY EVEN SET THE CLOCK TO THE CORRECT TIME!WHEN WE NEED OUR NEXT APPLIANCE SNOW APPLIANCES IS WHERE WE WILL SHOP.KUDOS TO THE TEAM THERE.WITH MUCH APPRECIATION,MIKE AND BONNIE. Very unhappy with my experience. The salesman, Joe, was very disinterested in us as soon as we walked in. We literally had to follow him around to get his attention. Quickly becoming frustrated and feeling ignored, we followed another customer working with another sales person and found out more information from them than from Joe.I became so frustrated, that I actually started to leave the store wanting to take my business elsewhere. This is when Joe, finally paid attention.

We did purchase a fridge at the full list price, but were happy with the model and needed a fridge and quite frankly, we were just tired of shopping for one.The worst part of this experience was the fact that the delivery date was wrong. We clearly told Joe, that we needed a Saturday delivery as I work full time and my husband is disabled and would not be able to handle the moving of items and clearing out the old fridge on his own. We were even willing to wait for a Saturday as time would be available.Will we got a call on the evening of the 29th, stating that our delivery was scheduled for the next day, the 30th a THURSDAY! I had to take a half day off work to be able to get ready for the delivery.I called the store after the delivery and requested to speak with a manager and was put on hold for a long period of time when they found out that I had a complaint.

Finally, someone picked up the phone and it was not a manager but in fact the salesman that had worked us. I told him what had happened and he lied and said that he had told us that the delivery was going to be on Thursday. I told him that he did not say this as I was very clear that it needed to be a Saturday. Long story short, I am very disappointed with my experience with Snow, do not recommend them and would never go back!
